Our recipients
AAB Board members partner closely with recipients to provide support that is specific to their situation. It might be as simple as providing meals, grocery cards or short term assistance with paying a utility bill. Sometimes we are just there to lend an ear, or to deliver some firewood.
Thanks to the wonderful generosity of our island community, AAB has distributed over $1 million to our recipients since inception. We are grateful and humbled by the opportunity to do this important work.
